Hello all,
ok i just got back from the DR... he said i sprained my knee and that i probably also tore either a ligament or some cartlidge! so whats the plan?
lol he told me to wait 4 or 5 weeks to see if it get any better but if it doesnt, i should get an MRI done.. he also wouldnt give me a knee brace BECAUSE i have funky knee caps that can do serious damage to my knees unless i keep the muscles around my knees strong, and of course getting a knee brace would weaken those muscles!! YAY the joys! i guess i could have just stayed home after all since that was no help!

lol yeah i guess drs are wonky like that.. my moms bf actually has a torn tendant in his knee right now.. happened to him about 2 weeks ago.. they pretty much told him the same thing they told me just he pushed for the MRI, but they wont let him in to get it until Jan!!! however they did give him a knee brace and some narcotics! so yeah its just really wonky.. oh well..
and thankies hon, any reiki is greatly appreciated!
